Last updated: May 30, 2026

Pristone Technologies, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of its users ("user" or "you") that use our website located at www.pristonetech.com, including other media forms, media channels, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the "Website"). This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about the types of information that Company may gather about or collect from you in connection with your use of the Website, the conditions under which we use and disclose that information, and your rights in relation to that information.

The Website is hosted in the United States of America and is subject to U.S. state and federal law. If you are accessing our Website from other jurisdictions, please be advised that you are transferring your personal information to us in the United States, and by using our Website, you consent to that transfer and use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By using or accessing the Website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Do Not Personally Identify

"Non-Personally-Identifying Information" is information that, without the aid of additional information, cannot be directly associated with a specific person. Like most website operators, Company gathers from users of the Website Non-Personally-Identifying Information of the sort that web browsers, depending on their settings, may make available. That information includes the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type, and the locations of the websites the user views before arriving at, while navigating, and immediately after leaving the Website.

Company analyzes Non-Personally-Identifying Information to better understand how the Website is being used. By identifying patterns and trends in usage, Company is able to improve the Website's content and ease of use. From time to time, Company may release this information in aggregate form, such as by publishing a report on usage trends.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a user's device and that the user's browser provides to the website each time the user returns. We use cookies to keep track of services you have used, to record preferences, and to help us understand how the Website is being used. Users who do not wish to have cookies placed on their devices should set their browsers to refuse cookies before accessing the Website, with the understanding that certain features of the Website may not function properly without cookies.

Web Beacons and Analytics

We may use web beacons and partner with selected third parties to allow tracking technology on the Website, which enables them to collect data about how you interact with the Website over time. This information may be used to analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand online activity. These technologies collect only a limited set of information and are not used to access your Personally-Identifying Information.

Collection and Use of Personally-Identifying Information

"Personally-Identifying Information" is information such as a name or email address that, without more, can be directly associated with a specific person. Much of the Personally-Identifying Information collected by Company is provided by users themselves when they contact us, request information or a consultation, respond to communications, or engage our services.

That information may include your name, business name, email address, telephone number, and, if you transact business with us, billing details and payment method information processed through our authorized payment providers. We may also request information about your project needs and business objectives. You are under no obligation to provide Personally-Identifying Information, with the caveat that a refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features or engaging certain services.

How We Use This Information

  • To deliver the services you have requested and manage our engagements with you.
  • To communicate with you by email, telephone, or other means about services that may be of interest to you.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • To resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our Terms of Use.
  • To detect and protect against error, fraud, and other criminal activity.
  • To process payments for services you purchase from us.

Communications

We may occasionally use your name and email address to send you notifications regarding new services we think you may find valuable, as well as service-related announcements. You may opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us, though we reserve the right to send you notices about your account or engagement, such as service announcements and administrative messages.

Disclosure of Personally-Identifying Information

Company will disclose Personally-Identifying Information under the following circumstances:

  • By law or to protect rights: when we believe disclosure is appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activity, suspected fraud, or other wrongdoing; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our users, or others; to comply with applicable law; or to respond to a subpoena, court order, or lawful request from a government agency.
  • Third-party service providers: we may share your information with authorized service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, customer support, and business analysis. These providers may access personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
  • Business transfers: Company reserves the right to transfer Personally-Identifying Information in its possession to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of Company's assets.

Collection and Use of Information by Third Parties

Company contractually prohibits its contractors, affiliates, vendors, and suppliers from disclosing Personally-Identifying Information received from Company, other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, third parties are under no obligation to comply with this Privacy Policy with respect to Personally-Identifying Information that users provide directly to those third parties. Before providing any Personally-Identifying Information to a third party, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices of that third party.

Security

We take the security of your Personally-Identifying Information seriously and use reasonable electronic, personnel, and physical measures to protect it from loss, theft, alteration, or misuse. However, even the best security measures cannot fully eliminate all risks, and we cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password and should notify us immediately if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Company may, in its sole discretion, change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any and all changes will be reflected on this page, and the date new versions are posted will be stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information we have about you. You should regularly check this page for any changes.

Children's Privacy

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or maintain Personally-Identifying Information from anyone under the age of 13. Any person who provides Personally-Identifying Information through the Website represents that he or she is 13 years of age or older. If we learn that Personally-Identifying Information has been collected from a user under 13 years of age, we will take appropriate steps to delete this information.

California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about the Personally-Identifying Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit it in writing using the contact information below.

Do-Not-Track Policy

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, the Website currently does not respond to DNT browser signals or mechanisms.
